VargaHelp connects independent users offering or seeking services. Users themselves agree on the scope, timing, deliverables, and VMESH price; VargaHelp is not an employer or escrow agent and cannot independently verify professional qualifications.

Only adults may register. Illegal services, financial scams, harassment, account resale, unauthorized access, discriminatory offers, and unlawful content are prohibited. Users must comply with applicable licensing, consumer protection and tax rules.

For each compatible single-transaction payment: 99% of the agreed amount goes directly to the provider and 1% to the VargaMesh Treasury. Both outputs and an order-specific OP_RETURN reference must appear in one blockchain transaction. The payer covers the network fee. Transfers cannot be reversed by VargaHelp; the platform cannot guarantee refunds, completion or compensation. Wallets that cannot create this transaction type are not supported.

Complaints can be submitted through the dispute and report tools; moderation is not binding arbitration or payment recovery. The final terms must specify the actual operator, jurisdiction, notice requirements and consumer withdrawal provisions.
